By registering, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this auction. The moment an item is sold, the buyer becomes the owner of it and is immediately completely responsible for it. A 7% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the winning bid to determine the final sales price. Full payment will be due by Tuesday at 4:30 pm after the auction date and before the items leave the auction grounds. Unpaid balances may incur a 2% monthly finance charge and collection costs. Payments of cash, check, or certified check are accepted with a bank letter of credit. Also accepted are wire transfers ($18.00 charge) and credit cards (3% fee). (Max credit card purchases $2500) 6% Kentucky Sales tax will be added to the final sales price on every invoice unless a valid Tax Exemption Certificate is completed. (For all vehicles, the state of Kentucky determines the sales tax amount.) Loader service and loadout will be Friday Feb 27th and on Mon and Tues following the sale March 2nd and 3rd from 8:30am to 4:30pm. All items must be removed from the premises by Tuesday evening following the sale unless other arrangements have been made with the auction team. Abandoned merchandise becomes property of Pennyrile Auction Company LLC. A $40 fee per item per day may be charged. Bidders shall satisfy themselves as to the condition, quality, and description of the property before bidding. Imported item descriptions are based off of the product labels and variations in size, color Ect. may be common. All property is sold “as is, where is” and all sales are final. This auction is with reserve & the seller reserves the right to bid. Titled vehicle pickup only with proof of insurance. TRUCKING: The buyer is solely responsible for arranging the transportation of their purchases. LOADING: Our staff will assist buyers with loading their purchases, but will not perform the securing and tie-down of the loads or the items. We are not liable for any items loaded or their securement. If you hire an outside transport company, ensure the driver can handle securing the load independently. Loading and unloading of large equipment can be a dangerous process.
